the hotel sits conveniently by the bessières metro stop! it made accessing transportation simple. the beds were also comfy and i found everything i needed for my stay.

the pillows were not the best, but the modern fittings and multiple plug socket options more than made up for it. i wish i had better pillows though.

acceptable stay, but SOME issues

free transport ticketsfaulty kettle

the hotel provided free transport tickets for the duration of my stay, covering metro, tram, bus, and train within the area.

I found the kettle in my room to be faulty. Boiling water spilled onto my hand. Upon checkout, the receptionist interrupted me repeatedly when i reported this. She showed no concern and did not offer assistance.

the room was big enough and clean. the location next to the metro was great. i found it easy to walk to sightseeing spots. i appreciated being close to public transportation.

i noticed the hotel did not have air conditioning. it was a bit warm so i had to open the window for ventilation.
